- Consistently sought out for advice by peers and junior team members.
- Demonstrated ability to influence project stakeholders without direct authority.
- Can independently manage project timelines, budgets (small scale), and risks.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Applying Lean Six Sigma principles to a broader operational context, managing cross-functional improvement initiatives, and developing a deep understanding of quality management systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of driving significant operational efficiencies and cost savings.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams or large programmes.
- Certified LSS Black Belt (if not already).
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational challenges into structured problem-solving initiatives.

- Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
