You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate PO processing and data entry.
- Ability to resolve basic invoice queries independently.
- Proactive in supporting team members and learning new processes.

Customer Service / Account Coordinator
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, managing external relationships, and understanding customer (or in this case, supplier) needs. You'd be used to being a primary point of contact.
You're ready to move on when
- Excellent feedback on external communication and relationship management.
- Proven ability to de-escalate minor issues and find solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems and managing client/account data.

Office Administrator / Executive Assistant
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple priorities, scheduling, document management, and supporting senior staff. You'd be a master of keeping things running smoothly.
You're ready to move on when
- Track record of managing complex schedules and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
