2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Mastering daily task coordination, basic performance coaching, ensuring accuracy in picking/packing, and becoming proficient with WMS transactions. You'll need to show you can consistently hit targets and handle minor issues independently.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeding daily productivity targets for your team.
- Successfully training new associates and seeing them quickly become productive.
- Proactively identifying and solving minor operational issues without constant supervision.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills with your team and supervisors.

Experienced Operations Coordinator
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Developing a deep understanding of specific operational areas (e.g., inventory, inbound planning), strong analytical skills for reporting, and excellent communication with various internal teams. You'll need to show you can manage complex information flows and contribute to process improvements.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing a critical operational process (e.g., all inbound scheduling).
- Building and presenting insightful reports that drive operational decisions.
- Being the go-to person for specific system or process knowledge.
- Proactively suggesting improvements that have a measurable impact on efficiency.
