From Operational Team Leader / Supervisor
2-4 years in an operational leadership roleSkills to master
- Formalising your informal coaching skills, learning instructional design basics, mastering our LMS and content authoring tools, and understanding training evaluation methods.
You're ready to move on when
- A proven track record of successfully coaching and mentoring team members on operational tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex procedures clearly.
- A deep understanding of operational processes and the challenges staff face.
- A genuine desire to move into a dedicated training role and help others develop.

From Junior L&D Role (outside Operations)
2-3 years in a general L&D or HR training roleSkills to master
- Gaining deep knowledge of our specific operational processes and systems, adapting your training style to a frontline operational audience, and understanding the unique challenges of this sector.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong foundational L&D skills (delivery, basic design, evaluation).
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new subject matter and adapt content.
- A keen interest in operations and a willingness to spend time on the floor to understand workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with operational leaders.
