- Process adherence, data entry accuracy, system navigation, basic problem-solving, stakeholder interaction (internal).

- Consistently met targets for accuracy and efficiency in previous role.
- Proactively identified areas for process improvement or flagged issues.
- Expressed a desire to understand 'why' processes are in place and how they can fail.
