- Full P&L ownership for a large facility, successful management of multiple departments/shifts, strong leadership development of direct reports, proven ability to deliver significant operational improvements and manage capital projects at a site level.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeding budget and performance targets for your facility.
- Successful implementation of a major site-level automation or process improvement project.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse workforce and manage a team of managers.
- Strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, Finance) and external vendors.

Head of Regional Operations (similar industry)
5-7 years in a regional leadership roleSkills to master
- Strategic oversight of multiple sites, experience with network-level planning and optimisation, managing diverse operational models, and navigating regional market complexities. Essentially, you've done this job elsewhere and are bringing that expertise.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing a multi-site distribution network in a previous role.
- Experience with different regulatory environments or market conditions across a region.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate new facilities or operational models into an existing network.
- Strong external network and understanding of industry best practices.
