- Coordinating external contractors, performing basic site inspections, managing office supplies and minor repairs, understanding health & safety basics. Often a broader scope than just residential/commercial.

- Demonstrated ability to manage small facilities projects (e.g., office moves, minor refurbishments).
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and incident reporting.
- Effective coordination of multiple external service providers.
- Ability to conduct basic risk assessments.
