- Can confidently present complex quality data and recommendations to senior management.

4-6 years in a lead specialist roleSkills to master
- Adapting your QMS experience to our specific industry regulations and operational context. Quickly building credibility with our Production and Engineering teams. Understanding our specific QMS software and data structures.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of successful QMS implementation in previous roles.
- Strong communication skills to translate previous experience into our context.
- Successfully managed a team or significant workstream previously.
