5-8 years in a dedicated process improvement roleSkills to master
- Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, a proven track record of delivering significant efficiency and quality gains through process redesign, and strong project management skills. You'd be bringing a toolkit of improvement techniques.
You're ready to move on when
- Holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Successfully led multiple large-scale process optimisation projects.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in process data analysis and simulation.

6-10 years in an operational engineering role with strong quality responsibilitiesSkills to master
