- Proactively identified and proposed new energy-saving initiatives beyond assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills with cross-functional leads and external vendors.

Lead M&V Engineer / Controls Specialist (External Hire)
8-12 years in a dedicated M&V or controls engineering role, often from a consultancy or large industrial firm.Skills to master
- Deep expertise in M&V protocols (IPMVP), advanced BMS programming, and data analytics for energy systems. You'll need to show you can apply this at a strategic level.

- Managed M&V for multi-million-pound energy performance contracts.

- Expert proficiency in at least two major BMS platforms.
