- You've successfully led at least 2-3 major MarTech projects (e.g., a new integration, a significant process overhaul).
- You've proactively identified and solved systemic operational issues, not just individual problems.
- You've informally mentored junior colleagues and enjoy helping them grow.

3-5 years in a similar lead roleSkills to master
- Managing a team (even if small), owning a MarTech budget, defining strategic roadmaps for specific platforms, and a strong track record of successful project delivery. You're bringing proven leadership experience.
You're ready to move on when
- You've had direct reports and can speak to their development.
- You've managed vendor relationships and negotiated contracts.
- You've presented strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- You're comfortable with both hands-on work and delegating effectively.

8-10 years in relevant roles, with a clear shift towards marketing systemsSkills to master
