3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of user needs, backlog prioritisation, agile methodologies, and translating customer problems into product features. You'd bring a strong 'build' perspective to innovation.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully launched and iterated on at least one product or major feature.
- Strong track record of user research and problem discovery.
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management within a product lifecycle.
- Has a clear understanding of business value and ROI for product initiatives.
