- Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle and multiple HR functions.

- Demonstrated ability to influence across different business units.
- A keen interest in developing broader HRBP skills and managing a generalist team.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex specialist topics for a general audience.
