1-2 years in a general operations support roleSkills to master
- Understanding of operational processes, good communication with shop floor staff, problem-solving basic issues, strong organisational skills.

- Familiarity with the operational environment and its challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Recognised by peers as reliable and helpful.

Apprenticeship Programme Graduate (H&S or Operations)
Direct entry upon completion of a relevant Level 3 or 4 apprenticeshipSkills to master
- Practical application of H&S principles, project work, structured learning, teamwork.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrated understanding of H&S theory and practical application.
- Experience working in a professional, structured environment.
- Ability to present findings and contribute to discussions.
