- Foundational business administration skills, professional etiquette, time management, and a willingness to learn on the job. We're looking for raw potential and a great attitude.

- Successfully completed an apprenticeship or relevant vocational course.
- Shows strong initiative and a desire to take on new responsibilities.
- Receives positive feedback on their work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

- Basic understanding of site safety, incident reporting, and safety documentation. You'll already have a foot in the door of the OHS world.
