- Applying academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, professional communication, understanding corporate structures, practical problem-solving.
You're ready to move on when
- You've completed a degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- You're eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a real estate environment.
- You can demonstrate strong theoretical knowledge and a desire to put it into practice.

Construction / Trades Assistant (with H&S interest)

- Practical understanding of site hazards, working with contractors, appreciation for 'real-world' safety challenges, resilience.

- You've experienced H&S on the ground and want to move into a more formal H&S role.
- You have a good understanding of construction site risks and safety procedures.
