- You've successfully supported at least two full performance review cycles.
- You've demonstrated excellent judgment and confidentiality in sensitive situations.

3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Recruitment process, compensation benchmarking, candidate experience, basic understanding of HR policies and employee relations (from pre-hire to onboarding).
You're ready to move on when
- You've regularly advised hiring managers on compensation and offer strategies.
- You've been involved in resolving pre-hire or onboarding issues that touch on HR policy.
- You understand the importance of a seamless candidate-to-employee journey.
- You've shown a strong interest in broader HR topics beyond just recruiting.

3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Learning programme design and delivery, coaching skills, understanding of performance development, stakeholder management within the business.
You're ready to move on when
- You've delivered training to managers on topics like feedback or performance management.
- You've coached individuals on their development plans.
- You understand how learning initiatives tie into broader HR and business objectives.
- You've actively sought out opportunities to learn about employee relations or compensation.
