- Has taken ownership of a small, self-contained project (e.g., updating a template set).

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, excellent organisational skills, experience with HR systems, and a proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with precision. You'll need to show a keen interest in specialising in recruitment.
You're ready to move on when
- Has regularly supported recruitment activities (e.g., posting jobs, initial screening, basic scheduling).
- Has a strong track record of managing complex calendars and logistics for senior staff.
- Demonstrates an understanding of basic HR compliance and data management.
- Expresses a clear desire to move into a dedicated recruitment operations role and has proactively learned about the field.
