The percentage of international shipments that depart and arrive at their destination within the scheduled timeframe.

Out of 100 shipments, 95 need to hit their planned delivery window. You'll be digging into why the other 5 didn't.

Customs Documentation Turnaround Time
The average time it takes to prepare and submit all necessary customs paperwork after an order is ready for dispatch.

If a shipment is ready at 10 AM on Monday, the customs documents should be with the broker by 10 AM Tuesday at the latest. Faster is always better here.
