You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers accurate and timely reports with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifies minor issues and proposes solutions.
- Can build a 3-statement model from scratch with reasonable assumptions.

Graduate Scheme (Finance/Business)
2-4 years post-schemeSkills to master
- Exposure to various finance functions, strong analytical foundation, project management basics, stakeholder engagement, presentation skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed rotations in relevant finance areas (FP&A, Commercial Finance).
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Received strong performance reviews from rotation managers.
- Can articulate the financial impact of business decisions.

Accountant (moving into FP&A/Strategic Finance)
3-5 years post-qualificationSkills to master
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, financial reporting, moving from historical reporting to forward-looking analysis, business partnering.
You're ready to move on when
- Achieved professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Expressed a clear interest and aptitude for forward-looking strategic analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and reconcile discrepancies.
- Can explain complex accounting concepts in a business context.
