- Developed robust financial models for valuation and synergy analysis.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and communication skills with external parties (e.g., investment banks, target companies).
- Understood the end-to-end M&A lifecycle and its financial implications.

5-7 years post-MBA or 8-10 years direct entrySkills to master
