- Proven track record of managing office logistics and supporting teams.
- Developed a keen interest in the physical aspects of the workplace.
- Taken initiative to learn about facilities operations in previous role.

Trades Assistant / Handyperson
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills, tool usage, safety protocols, understanding of building materials.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrated proficiency in a specific trade or general maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and logging work.
