Conduct initial assessment to determine if it's a 'breach or an incident', coordinate initial response steps, and draft internal communications. Lead the incident response for minor breaches, coordinate with IT Security and Legal, and draft regulatory notifications for review.
Policy Interpretation Refer to existing policies and internal guidance for routine questions, escalating anything unclear. Interpret policy for common business scenarios and provide advice to internal clients within established guidelines. Develop new internal guidance documents and provide expert advice on complex policy application to business leads.

You pick up a DSAR on 1st March and close it by 25th March, that's 24 days. Doing that consistently means we're well within our legal deadlines, which is great.

RoPA Accuracy
The correctness of data you enter or update in our Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Target · >98% accuracy on all new entries and updates

You update 50 entries in the RoPA this quarter. If only one has a minor error (like a typo in the data retention period), that's 98% accuracy. We're looking for near perfection here, frankly.

Task Adherence
How closely you follow the established checklists and procedures for routine tasks.
Target · 100% of checklist steps completed for all assigned tasks

When you 'run a DSAR', you'll have a 42-step checklist. We expect every single step to be ticked off and evidenced. Missing step 37 (the final redaction review) could be a big problem.

Training Completion Rate
How quickly you complete mandatory privacy and compliance training modules.
Target · 100% completion within specified deadlines (usually 2 weeks)
