Facilities Coordinator / Site Manager (L2)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- On-site operational management, understanding of building systems, managing reactive maintenance, basic budget control, direct vendor interaction.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed day-to-day operations for a medium-sized facility.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve operational issues with contractors.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in a building environment.
- Demonstrates good commercial awareness in managing site-level spend.

Procurement Analyst / Buyer (L2-L3)

- Spend analysis, market research, RFP/RFQ process management, basic commercial negotiation, supplier onboarding and compliance.

- Successfully managed sourcing events for indirect spend categories.
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating supplier proposals and pricing.
- Good understanding of contract terms and conditions from a procurement perspective.
