- Developed and mentored multiple high-performing managers within your team.
- Regularly sought out by senior leaders for strategic advice on sustainability issues.

5-8 years in a comparable Head of Sustainability or ESG role at another large, complex organisation.Skills to master
- Adapting to our specific industry context, understanding our unique corporate culture and political landscape, and quickly building trust with our executive team and Board.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide sustainability strategy and delivering measurable results.
- Extensive experience managing large, global teams and significant budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders in a previous role.
- Strong external network within the sustainability sector.

From Senior Management in a Related Function (e.g., Supply Chain, Product, Strategy)
7-10 years in senior management within a highly relevant function, coupled with demonstrable deep sustainability expertise.Skills to master
- Translating deep operational or strategic expertise into a comprehensive sustainability lens, rapidly acquiring expert knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulations, and building credibility as a sustainability leader.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led significant sustainability-related initiatives within their previous functional role (e.g., decarbonising a supply chain, designing sustainable products).
- Completed executive education or advanced certifications in sustainability.
- Demonstrated passion and understanding of the broader ESG landscape beyond their functional specialism.
- Strong leadership and change management skills in a complex environment.
