- Independently managing routine monitoring and CAPAs, participating in audits, basic RCA, stakeholder communication, and a solid grasp of core QMS principles.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering high-quality work on routine tasks without supervision.
- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions for minor process issues.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills in basic investigations.
- Receiving positive feedback on collaboration with other teams.
- Showing initiative in learning new standards or regulations.

From Compliance Analyst / H&S Coordinator
3-5 years in a dedicated compliance or H&S roleSkills to master
- Deep understanding of specific regulatory frameworks, experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and implementing compliance controls. You'd need to pick up the quality management system aspects and auditing skills quickly.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of ensuring regulatory adherence in previous roles.
- Strong ability to interpret complex legal or regulatory texts.
- Experience leading smaller-scale investigations or risk assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to implement controls.
- A clear interest and some foundational knowledge in quality management principles.

From Process Engineer / Manufacturing Specialist with Quality Focus
4-6 years in a technical operational role with a strong emphasis on process control and quality.Skills to master
- Understanding of QMS requirements, formal auditing techniques, and advanced RCA methodologies. Your technical process knowledge would be a huge asset, but you'd need to formalise your compliance and auditing skills.
You're ready to move on when
- A history of driving process improvements and reducing defects in manufacturing.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with statistical process control and process validation.
- A clear desire to move into a dedicated quality/compliance role.
- Some exposure to ISO standards or similar quality frameworks.
