You're ready to move on when
- Consistently closing out routine CAPAs effectively and on time.
- Successfully conducting independent internal audits with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifying process improvements, even if small.
- Being the go-to person for questions from new joiners on basic QMS processes.

Health & Safety Officer (from another company/department)
3-5 years (with relevant quality experience)Skills to master
- Deepening knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001), developing strong RCA skills for quality defects, and adapting auditing skills from H&S to quality contexts.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrable experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis within H&S.
- A clear understanding of how H&S management systems integrate with quality systems.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards.
- A strong desire to specialise in quality monitoring and compliance.

Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer (with quality focus)

- Formalising auditing techniques, developing expertise in CAPA management, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of ISO standards beyond their immediate process area.

- Experience implementing process improvements that directly impacted quality.
- A natural inclination towards structured problem-solving and data analysis.
- A desire to move from 'doing' quality on the floor to 'assuring' quality across the system.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills from engineering roles.
