- Mastering end-to-end management of complex workstreams, leading significant RCA/CAPA investigations, consistently mentoring junior staff, and demonstrating strong influencing skills across departments.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering on all senior-level responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions for systemic quality issues.
- Receiving positive feedback from mentees and cross-functional colleagues on your guidance and collaboration.
- Successfully leading at least two significant quality improvement initiatives from start to finish.

Quality Engineer (from Manufacturing/Engineering)
5-8 years as a Quality EngineerSkills to master
- Deepening understanding of ISO standards from an auditing perspective, developing strong process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) facilitation skills, and building expertise in QMS software configuration.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of improving product quality and reducing defects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to implement quality controls.

Consultant (Quality/Compliance focus)
5-7 years in quality/compliance consultingSkills to master
- Adapting consulting frameworks to an internal operational context, building long-term relationships rather than project-based ones, and gaining hands-on experience with our specific QMS and ERP systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience advising multiple clients on quality system design and implementation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- A desire to move from an advisory role to a hands-on, ownership role within a single organisation.
