You're ready to move on when
- Consistently completing tasks without errors.
- Asking insightful questions about 'why' we do things a certain way.
- Demonstrating a strong grasp of safety procedures and always wearing correct PPE.

Operations Assistant / Labourer (Internal)
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Familiarity with site layout and processes, understanding of production waste points, hands-on experience with equipment, strong work ethic.
You're ready to move on when
- Proactively identifying and reporting waste-related issues from their current role.
- Showing initiative in helping with waste segregation or tidying.
- Expressing a clear interest in moving into an environmental compliance role.

School Leaver / College Graduate
0-1 year (direct entry)Skills to master
- Quickly absorbing new technical information, applying academic knowledge to practical scenarios, adapting to an industrial environment, building professional communication skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completing all initial training modules.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail in all assigned tasks.
- Receiving positive feedback from supervisors on attitude and willingness to learn.
