- Meticulous record keeping, managing document control, basic data analysis in Excel, supporting team operations.

- Recognised for exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Has taken on additional responsibilities related to safety logs or compliance records.
- Expressed a clear interest in moving into a dedicated CQHS role.

Graduate Scheme (relevant discipline)
0-1 year (post-graduation)Skills to master
- Applying academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, professional presentation skills, project support, cross-functional collaboration.

- Successfully completed all rotations or projects within the graduate scheme.
