- Understanding of operational processes, basic workplace hazards, and the importance of following procedures in a production environment. Hands-on experience of how things work on the ground.

- Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols in a previous operational role.
- Ability to identify and report minor hazards or process inefficiencies.
- Good working relationships with frontline staff and supervisors.
