All final responses must be reviewed and approved by your Senior GDPR Implementation Manager. Independently manage the entire DSAR process for routine requests, including drafting and sending responses. Escalate complex or 'weaponized' DSARs to manager. Oversee the DSAR process for a business unit, handle complex and high-risk requests, and make decisions on tricky redactions or exemptions. Advise on process improvements.
Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) Updates Update existing ROPA entries based on provided information or templates. Any new processing activities require manager review and approval. Independently create new ROPA entries for standard systems/processes. Propose updates to ROPA structure or content for manager review. Own the ROPA for a specific business area or data type, making decisions on data classifications and legal bases. Design ROPA review processes.
Privacy Incident Logging & Triage Log all reported incidents accurately in our system, capturing initial details. Immediately escalate to your manager for triage and next steps. Conduct initial triage of minor incidents, classify them, and recommend basic containment steps. Escalate anything potentially notifiable to manager. Lead incident response for minor to medium incidents, make decisions on containment and remediation. Advise on breach notification strategy.

The average number of calendar days it takes for you to process and close a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) from start to finish.

If you handle 10 DSARs in a month, and their closure times are 20, 22, 25, 18, 21, 23, 24, 26, 19, 20 days, your average would be 21.8 days, which is within target.

ROPA Accuracy
The percentage of Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs) you've updated or created that pass an internal quality review without significant errors.
