- You've shown initiative in improving administrative processes, even small ones.

Recent Graduate (H&S or related field)
0-1 yearSkills to master
- Translating academic knowledge into practical application, understanding workplace culture, and building professional communication skills. Learning the specific EHS systems we use.
You're ready to move on when
- You've achieved good grades in relevant H&S modules or projects.
- You've completed an internship or work placement where you applied your knowledge.
- You demonstrate a strong desire to learn and contribute in a real-world setting.

Apprenticeship in Health & Safety
2-3 years (including study)Skills to master
- A blended approach of practical workplace skills and formal H&S qualifications, learning directly on the job. This is a fantastic route for hands-on learning.

- You're actively engaged in your apprenticeship studies and applying learnings.
- Your mentors and supervisors provide positive feedback on your practical application of H&S.
- You're building a portfolio of H&S work and projects.
