2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Leading small teams, conducting basic risk assessments for their area, incident first response, delivering toolbox talks, understanding operational pressures.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong track record of managing team safety within their operational role.
- Actively champions safety within their team and demonstrates leadership.
- Has completed relevant H&S training (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely).
- Seeks out opportunities to collaborate with the H&S department.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 9001), auditing principles, regulatory compliance, data management.

- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining other ISO management systems.
- Demonstrates a clear desire to cross-train into H&S and take on H&S responsibilities.
- Has a strong understanding of site operations and associated risks.
- Excellent attention to detail in compliance and auditing tasks.
