Operational Role with Compliance Focus
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Hands-on experience in a production, logistics, or engineering role where you had direct responsibility for safety, quality checks, or environmental controls. You've seen how compliance works (or doesn't work) on the factory floor.
You're ready to move on when
- Leading safety briefings or quality checks within your operational team.
- Successfully implementing and maintaining local safety or quality initiatives.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of operational processes and their associated risks.
- Proactively identifying and reporting hazards or quality issues in your area.

Graduate Scheme (EHS/Quality)
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Exposure to various aspects of EHS and Quality across different departments, developing a broad understanding of the function. It's about soaking up knowledge and building a foundational skillset.
You're ready to move on when
- Successful completion of all rotations and assigned projects within the scheme.
- Demonstrating a holistic understanding of the EHS/Quality function.
- Building strong relationships across different departments.
- Taking initiative on projects and showing a keen interest in compliance detail.
