Coming from 10-15+ years in a top-tier strategy or transformation consulting firm.Skills to master
- Adapting to an in-house corporate environment, navigating internal politics, and transitioning from an advisory role to a direct execution and ownership role. You'll need to build internal credibility quickly.
You're ready to move on when
- Extensive experience leading complex transformation engagements for FTSE 100/Fortune 500 clients.
