Quality Standard Coordinator (L2) Internal Promotion
2-3 years at L2Skills to master
- Consistently managing the full CAPA lifecycle, successfully conducting routine internal audits, and building strong relationships with operational teams. You'd also need to demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully closed out 90%+ of assigned CAPAs on time and effectively.
- Led at least 5 internal audits with positive feedback on findings and approach.
- Proactively identified and proposed 2-3 significant process improvements.
- Consistently sought out opportunities to learn more complex quality standards or methodologies.

Quality Engineer from Manufacturing/Operations
5-7 years in a Quality Engineering roleSkills to master
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, statistical process control, and problem-solving techniques. You'd need to translate that technical quality experience into a broader QMS and compliance context.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrable experience leading process improvement projects (e.g., Six Sigma projects).
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in statistical analysis of quality data.
- Experience with FMEA and other proactive quality tools.
- A clear understanding of how manufacturing quality impacts overall compliance.

External Senior Quality Specialist
5-8 years of relevant experienceSkills to master
- Bringing a proven track record of managing quality systems, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement in a similar industry. You'd need to quickly adapt to our specific QMS and company culture.
You're ready to move on when
- Clear evidence of leading complex quality projects or audit programmes.
- Strong references highlighting leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- A comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Ability to articulate how past experiences align with our current challenges and goals.
