8-10 years of experience in programme management within other operational functions (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain).Skills to master
- Strong project and programme management skills, including budget and stakeholder management. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Ability to quickly learn new domain specifics (like contact centre metrics and WFM).
You're ready to move on when
- You've managed programmes with budgets over £50K and multiple workstreams.
- You can demonstrate successful delivery of complex projects on time and within scope.
- You're adept at managing diverse stakeholder expectations and reporting to senior leaders.

8-12 years of experience managing large client accounts for a Business Process Outsourcing provider.Skills to master
- Exceptional client relationship management, contract negotiation, and performance reporting. Deep understanding of BPO operations, including staffing, quality, and cost drivers. Ability to transition from a vendor mindset to an internal client mindset.
