5-8 years in external consulting at a principal or senior manager level.Skills to master
- Deep expertise in a variety of change methodologies. Client relationship management. Business development. Leading project teams.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led multiple large-scale change engagements for diverse clients.
- Strong track record of business development and client satisfaction.
- Ability to translate external best practices into an internal corporate context.

Head of Organisational Development / HR Business Partner (Senior)
5-7 years in a senior OD or HRBP role with a strong focus on transformation.Skills to master
- Deep understanding of organisational dynamics, talent management, and HR strategy. Experience driving cultural change and workforce transformation.

- Successfully led significant organisational design or cultural change initiatives.
- Strong relationships with senior business leaders and a deep understanding of their challenges.
