- Has led small L&D projects or workstreams with measurable impact.

7-10 years in HR, 3-5 years as a Senior HRBPSkills to master
- Translating broad business unit talent needs into specific L&D programmes, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and understanding the full talent lifecycle from a strategic perspective.

- Has successfully partnered with business leaders to address talent challenges.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills in identifying talent trends and proposing solutions.
- Has experience influencing and driving change within a business unit.
- Shows a passion for individual and organisational development beyond traditional HR operations.

L&D Programme Manager (non-coaching specific)
8-12 years in L&D, 3-5 years managing programmesSkills to master
- Deepening expertise in career development methodologies, integrating coaching into broader L&D offerings, and managing a team of specialist coaches.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful L&D programmes at scale.
- Strong project and programme management capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of coaching principles and their application in career development.
