- Successfully leading 2-3 significant plant replacement or upgrade projects (e.g., £50K-£100K).
- Recognised by peers and senior management as a technical expert and reliable problem-solver.
- Demonstrating strong leadership potential by guiding and supporting junior team members.

- Bringing a strong background in managing complex M&E systems, a proven track record of leading teams, and significant experience with statutory compliance and H&S. You'll need to quickly adapt to our specific CAFM systems, internal processes, and company culture.

- Demonstrable experience managing a multi-million-pound property portfolio's technical operations.
