- You're driven by resolving customer problems and making them happy.

Apprenticeship in Facilities Management / Engineering
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Hands-on technical skills, understanding of building systems, health & safety compliance, practical problem-solving. A direct route to understanding the technical side.
You're ready to move on when
- You've completed a relevant apprenticeship programme.
- You have a foundational understanding of M&E systems.
- You're comfortable in a practical, hands-on environment.
