- Consistently exceeds team KPIs and SLAs for 12+ months.
- Successfully led 2-3 significant process improvement initiatives.
- Received positive feedback from clients on operational management.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members or new hires.
- Proactively identifies and escalates potential risks or issues.

Senior Operations Analyst / Process Improvement Specialist to Senior Global Delivery Centre Manager (L3)
3-5 years in a specialist role, plus 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.Skills to master
- Deep expertise in process analysis and optimisation (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), strong data analytics skills, experience leading projects, and demonstrable leadership or supervisory experience (even if informal).
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led multiple large-scale process re-engineering projects.
- Proven ability to translate analytical insights into operational changes.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills for complex initiatives.
- Has taken on informal leadership roles, mentoring peers or junior analysts.
- Good understanding of BPO operational metrics and client contractual obligations.
