- Independently managing a portfolio of standard contracts, taking ownership of routine renewals and amendments, accurately tracking obligations, and proactively identifying minor issues. You'd have proven your reliability and attention to detail.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeds expectations on contract accuracy and turnaround times for standard agreements.
- Proactively identifies and resolves routine contractual issues without requiring constant supervision.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in taking on more complex contract types and process improvement initiatives.
- Has informally mentored new joiners or provided support to less experienced colleagues.

Paralegal or Legal Assistant (External Hire)
3-5 years in a corporate legal department or law firmSkills to master
- Strong legal research, drafting, and document management skills. Understanding of legal terminology and contract structure. Experience supporting commercial transactions or litigation, which gives you a good foundation in risk.
You're ready to move on when
- Extensive experience drafting and reviewing various types of commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to conduct legal research and summarise findings effectively.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail in managing legal documentation.
- A clear desire to transition into a more commercially focused, operational contract role.

Commercial Analyst (External Hire)
4-6 years in a commercial or finance analysis roleSkills to master
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of commercial terms, pricing models, and financial implications of agreements. Experience in data analysis and reporting. You'd bring a strong numbers-focused perspective to our contracts.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to analyse complex commercial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Experience working with sales or operations teams on commercial terms and pricing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- A clear interest in the legal and risk aspects of commercial agreements, not just the numbers.
