- Successfully led 2-3 large, complex, multi-stream transition programmes end-to-end.
- Consistently received excellent feedback from senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members, with clear examples of their growth.
- Proactively identified and implemented significant improvements to transition methodologies or tools.

From Programme Manager (Consulting/Other Industries)
12-15 years overall experience, with 5+ years in programme managementSkills to master
- Acquire deep BPO industry knowledge, understand our specific transition methodologies, and adapt programme management skills to the unique complexities of outsourcing. Focus on client relationship management in a service provider context.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed programmes with budgets of £1M+ and teams of 10+ people.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive large-scale change.
- Strong understanding of commercial models and contractual obligations.
- Quickly grasps new industry contexts and translates general programme management principles effectively.

From Head of Operations / Service Delivery (Internal/External)
10-14 years overall experience, with 3-5 years in an operational leadership roleSkills to master
- Develop a stronger understanding of the 'front-end' transition process (due diligence, solution design), formalise programme management skills, and learn to manage the client relationship through the lens of a new service setup.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed large operational teams (50+ FTEs) and achieved significant efficiency improvements.
- Deep understanding of operational challenges and how to set up processes for success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L for a service line or operational unit.
- Strong focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
