- Tenant communication, issue logging, administrative organisation, basic problem resolution, managing expectations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle difficult customer interactions calmly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Expresses a keen interest in moving into a more hands-on operational role.

Trades Assistant / General Labourer

- Basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry, tool use, physical labour, understanding of construction/repair processes, safety practices.

- Demonstrates practical aptitude and mechanical curiosity.

- Willingness to learn administrative and customer service aspects of facilities.
