5-8 years in roleSkills to master
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication for capital projects, and managing multi-disciplinary teams (including external consultants and contractors).
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully delivering multiple M&E capital projects (e.g., new plant installations, major refurbishments) to budget and schedule.
- Strong ability to manage complex project finances and procurement processes.
- Proven track record of effective communication and negotiation with diverse project stakeholders.

- Proven ability to mentor and guide less experienced technicians.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving, beyond just reactive fixes.
