- Strong background in cyber security (IAM, network security, risk management), project management, and a developing understanding of physical security systems and their integration with IT.

- Successfully managed an IT security team or significant security programme.
- Demonstrates a keen interest and understanding of physical security challenges.

- Deep understanding of building operations, tenant relations, and property management, combined with significant experience overseeing physical security systems and personnel, and a good grasp of security best practices.

- Managed security operations for a large commercial property or portfolio.
- Proactively implemented security improvements within a facilities role.
- Demonstrates strong vendor management skills for security integrators.
- Understands the operational impact of security decisions on building users.
