- Proactively identifies and proposes solutions for waste challenges, rather than just reporting them.
- Receives positive feedback from internal stakeholders on their collaboration and problem-solving.
- Has successfully delivered at least one significant waste reduction project from start to finish.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Advanced data modelling and analytics, process optimisation, understanding of operational efficiency, and translating data into actionable insights.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a strong track record of using data to drive operational improvements and cost savings.
- Can clearly articulate the business case for environmental initiatives using robust data.
- Is highly proficient in analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) and can build complex models.
