- Your manager consistently relies on you to help onboard and train new hires.
- You're the 'go-to' person for your peers when they have a tricky objection or need help with a sequence.
- You've taken the initiative to identify and solve a team-wide problem, even if it wasn't officially your responsibility.
- Your individual metrics are consistently at the top of the team's leaderboard.

High-Performing Account Executive (AE)
5-8 years as an AESkills to master
- Strong closing skills, full-cycle sales experience, deep understanding of customer needs, and an interest in developing early-stage sales talent.
You're ready to move on when
- You've consistently hit or exceeded your AE quota for multiple years.
- You enjoy the coaching aspect of sales and often help your SDRs with their qualification calls.
- You have a strong understanding of the entire sales process and how the top-of-funnel impacts closed-won revenue.

- Strong analytical skills, process optimisation, CRM expertise, and a desire to apply that to direct team leadership.

- You've built dashboards and reports that directly impact SDR performance.
- You've designed or optimised sales processes for the SDR team.
- You have a deep understanding of the data behind SDR success and a desire to lead a team to implement those insights.
